I bought a 300 Watt Power Jack off ebay not realizing I bought it from a 2nd party "New" not direct from Power Jack whom sells on ebay and when I got in-touch with them to have it fixed they wouldn't fix it. I even tried to pay for all the repairs and not use the one year full parts warrantee but no go. It died after only 4 months of use. Just FYI buy direct don't get burned.
